Reservation Notes:
Minimum Rental in Peak Season - one week all units  / 3 nights in a one bedroom May thru December
Minimum Rental - in the Two Bedroom Condo and the 3 bedroom House - One week Year Round

Rentals typically run from Saturday to Saturday especially in Peak Season

Additional Fees

Dog Fee:
Dogs are welcome at Whispers by prior arrangement when booking. There is a fee of $75.00 per week per dog.

Boat Fee:
Boats are welcome at Whispers by prior arrangement. Dockage is $75.00 per week.

Holiday Fees:
Easter Week	Peak Season rates plus $100.00 per week
Xmas / New Year Weeks	Mid Season rates plus $100.00 per week
